Pricey but Worth It
First time using a release with a strap. Was going to return it until I learned that you had to draw with your palm parallel to the ground. The pain from the bolts holding the strap then went away and my accuracy increased dramatically over my old rigid stem release that I had used for 10 years. The negative is the release lever wants to hang up on everything because of the knurling and you have to remember it is on so it doesn't hit your tree stand as it dangles from your wrist. However the deer appreciate that feature. Because it is a hybrid, the strap portion is not long enough to tuck the release into your shirt sleeve or glove to eliminate the dangling release. Once you learn this release it is well worth the high price.
