NO GOOD
I bought this thinking it would serve the same as a full stand for much cheaper. MY mistake,I ended up returning it and putting out the 200 for a full stand. It was very cheaply made and it was so close to the wall it contantly hit the wall when you hit it. Theres not enough clearance from the wall which was the main problem with the design. Its fine if you dont plan on hitting it with any force what so ever. By no means am I huge guy or stronger then the next guy. Ive trained in mma for years and was excited about it being significantly cheaper then anything else. Very dissapointed,you cant hit it hard or kick it for that matter. Save your time and spend the extra rite away.
