Rated 5 out of 5áby Comfort Zone Lookout Deluxe 16' ladder stand Although I haven't used the stand yet, I will say that it has all the requirements to be able to bow hunt out of comfortably. as I am reaching the twilight of my bowhunting career, I have found that ladder stands are the way to go when it becomes to difficult to put up and climb ladder sticks or screw in steps. That being said I have been searching for a competitively priced ladder stand that meets the requirements of bowhunting. I have found it in the comfort Zone 16' Deluxe. The main requirement is the fact that you can use the whole platform and that it goes the whole way back to the tree which allows you to get back against the tree when the seat is flipped up and not be exposed standing out away from the tree. Also with the addition of another ratchet strap on the platform makes it that much more sturdy. Comfort Zone also offers a 4' extension ladder section with theft/ unauthorized use feature that allows you to get to 20'. It also has the optional use shooting rail for crossbow and rifle hunters to use. The powder coat finish is the best I have found in these types of stands. I would recommend this stand to all. Rated 4 out of 5áby Priced just right Sick of paying the big bucks for a stand that's not worth the money. This stand is what they should all be priced around unless they start making big improvements. January 12, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5áby Versital Stand This is the second of these stands I have purchased. Large enough for bowhunting and not too heavy to be able move by one person. January 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby Good for short hunts I purchased this stand to put in PA during the gun season. If you hunt alot as I do and love to hunt all day during the rut with your bow purchase something like the outpost xl with seats that are super comfortable. This is a no frill stand at a good price. Rated 5 out of 5áby good stand for the money Several reviews said it takes 2 to 3 people to put this stand up, I am 75 years old and I have frequently put this std. up by myself! December 21, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5áby decent stand, even better if they had it in stock I don't understand how you can advertise something on sale when you don't even have the product! The whole district has NONE! Took time after working night shift to check stores...none! I have one of these stands and enjoy the foot room and flip up seat and when I saw they were on sale I thought I would pick up another or 2, but none to be had! Why put a lower price on a product that's not available. Same thing happened a few weeks ago with a lead sled I was going to purchase. I believe I am DONE with dicks. December 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great Value I own 30 of these stands. At $70 they are the best value in a ladder stand on the market. I like the flip up seat for sanding or sitting. You can pull the pad off the seat and sit if it has been raining and it is still comfortable. The platform is a nice size for this price of stand and when you flip the seat up it seems huge. The side arms and shooting rail are both nice and rare in this price point. The stand is easy to install and the bolts have been drilled properly in 29/30 stands I have purchased which I can tell you is rare because I have bought and put together over 15 different types of ladder stands. All in all I think this is the best value in a stand offered in my area if at the sale price of $70. The only problem is Dicks will run out of the stand quickly when they put them on sale. You should buy the stand if on sale. I will buy 5 more today if Dicks gets some more in. December 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great Stand. This Tree stand is great. I love it. It works great. The best thing is l feel safe in it. The only thing I found is the Stabilizer bar from the tree to the second step must be moved to the middle of the ladder. It strengthen the stand completely. Item (P). December 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great stand I bought my stand at my local dicks and put it up this weekend. easy to assemble, definitely need 2-3 people to get up. I'm scared of heights and once i tightened the stabilizing straps felt ok following the instructions to get this installed and climbing up to set the ratchet strap. Public service announcement: Guys/Gals do your family's a favor and come home..secure yourself to the tree when you get up there before messing with the stand. once i tightened the ratchet strap this thing was solid. i didn't use the supplied safety harness i have one i prefer, but planned on using the safety strap to leave up on the tree. Which brings me to my only negative on this, no carabiner. i understand this is a low cost throw in, but i would think that that should be a requirement. The current way you have to undo the strap, and pass through your harness. which i think is a safety issue because you have to detach unless you have a lifeline pre-installed. (thinking about getting one) but that is easily rectified in the dicks sporting section. i just didn't check before heading out to the woods. so in closing, great buy, pick up a climbing carabiner and some accessory hooks before leaving dicks and you will have a smile on your face in the woods. for those not so good with heights like me... check out the lifelines for your trip up and down the stand. Rated 5 out of 5áby Really nice and sturdy tree stand for the money. Well built stand, heavy and solid. These are things you look for in a tree stand and this one has it all. The strap attachment instructions could use some work explaining the setup a little clearer, but that's the only fault with this stand and that's very minor. Great stand and I'm glad I purchased it.
