Great Boot Excellent boot for walking around, extremely comfortable. Boot takes a while to break in, but it is a great lingering boot even if you aren't climbing a lot. April 6, 2013
Good solid hiking boot Very good traction with deep grooves in this sole type. Sole is soft enough to to grab rocks and stiff enough to allow climbing steep inclines. Have hiked across streams and in snow and so far, have not gotten wet feet. Will monitor, as had issues with waterproofing on other styles of Merrel's boots.
