Merrell Men's Moab Mid Waterproof Wide Hiking Boots 4.2 5 180 180
Perfect boots! I bought these for my significant other, an early Christmas present because we planned to do some early winter hiking. Today's hike was in quite damp conditions, but no problem! Feet stayed nice and dry and the boots were comfortable the entire day. December 17, 2014
Comfortable and Durable These are great boots. True to size. I have two pairs. One pair is the summer version which is not waterproof. The other pair is the waterproof version which is thicker and definitely waterproof. I wear the waterproof pair in the winter and spring, and the lighter non waterproof version in the summer fall when its dry out. I have worn my summer pair for 4 years now. Wore them for lots of hikes in Rocky Mountains, Adirondack Mountains, Appalachian Mountains, etc... They are excellent. I have not hand any problem with these boots. I would buy a new pair but cant justify that right now because I have two pairs that will last for many more good years. I highly recommend these boots. Once they are broken in the fit like a glove. The waterproof versions definitely take longer to break in but after about a week of light use they fit great. I wear then everyday for work or going around town. Buy them and you will not be disappointed. December 2, 2014
Great boots for NY weather These boots have it all - good fit, comfortable for wearing for many hours, lightweight yet good tread and waterproof, plus attractive as well.I am using these for winter footwear when not using hightop snow boots.. November 21, 2014
bought a second pair bought the low cut version last year, liked them so much I bought these. October 27, 2014
Very durable I have had several pairs of these shoes over the years. These shoes seem to last a long time & are very durable. December 5, 2014
Not Waterproof!!!!! Bought these for work.comfortable, but a slight drizzle and my feet were soaked.the reason I got them was for the "waterproof".Waste of $120.Don't bother October 16, 2014
Comfortable but Definately NOT Waterproof! A great comfortable light boot, but not waterproof. Not even a little. October 11, 2014
Not waterproof and other problems Bought this shoe for the Camino de Santiago in Spain... Definitely NOT waterproof and the material inside the shoe (cotton batting) bunches up when the insole is removed to DRY it out! This leaves uneven surface for the foot and nerve damage when this is present for many miles... The lacing system is poor around the ankle not permitting a good tight fit... the foot can then slide forward in the toe box and cause blisters and black toe.. both bad news for hikers. Broke it in for 3 mos. then about 500 miles on the Camino and the sole is beginning to come apart from the shoe already.. Merrell is usually a good brand and shoe... not here. October 11, 2014
Not waterproof They are a comfortable boot but completely mislabeled as being waterproof...if you walk thru wet grass or if its raining your socks will get wet ...this is a known problem with this boot but Merrell refuses to fix the Mia labeling October 6, 2014
Great boot For the price a great boot. Wear them every workday, September 6, 2014
