Stylish and Functional
I just bought this jacket for my 6 year old daughter in a size 7/8 - and my reaction is that it is an amazing jacket. One jacket can be worn 4 different ways. The waterproof shell for rainy/windy day. The inter fleece is reversible so seems like two jackets - great for cool/cold day and then on really cold day, integrate the two jackets to keep her toasty warm! The actual color combination is beautiful! The picture does not do it justice. However, the price on Amazon is high. Shop around. I got a great deal for only $60. BTW, my daughter is lanky and this jacket will probably fit her for about 2 years - what a bargain.

Unfortunate
I bought this jacket for my daughter with the intention using it next year, but I had to return it since it fitted her very well now. Overall, I and my daughter like the design of the jacket, have not used it so I don't know how it holds up for the cold weather.

good coverage for all but the coldest of weather
Good for all weather except the coldest of days. Would need another fleece on underneath to keep warm on lower than freezing days when not doing strenuous activities outside. Layering effect is great. Lots of pockets. Great for our family's very active lifestyle as it fulfills almost all our daughter's needs.
