Could be a great product
Is a great product if it sticks, which unfortunately it does not do consistently. Hard to say if I would recommend this product. They need to fix the adhesive problem. If you are going to use on your feet apply the night before a morning run for a better chance of the tape lasting through your run.

Awesome!
Totally worth the cost! Would pay more! I suffered from arch strain in my left foot as well as shin splints of the same leg. Taped it up the first time and I immediately felt the support of my muscles and tendons. Usually I'll get to about 15 mins and my arch would start to hurt. Doing my workout with the tape, I had no pain at all. Would recommend this to any and everyone who has an injury from sports or exercise. I won't ever be without KTTape!

waterproof
Bought KT Pro to tape my foot for the Tough Mudder. I have plantar fasciitis and needed tape that would provide support and is waterproof. KT Pro did the job throughout the race. My foot was soaked the entire time and the tape stayed on.

Excellent stuff.
This tape works great. I've been using it on my shoulder since I dislocated it twice to help me on days I lift. The instructional online videos are nice and easy. The pro or upgraded kind lasted me through two workouts, playing a hockey game, and two showers and still stayed on me. It's expensive but Dicks was pretty good at matching the price for the lower grade version of the tape which I appreciated. Ill get my tape from them int he future since they were nice enough to match the price.

KT Tape is awesome
Been going to physical therapy for several weeks and they have been taping my knee, now I have my own tape that is already trimmed and cut to length. Dick's has what us athletes need when we need it.

Kt Pro Tape
Currently using the KT Pro Tape in physical therapy following a shoulder joint replacement. Tape is better than what is used at the therapist facility, leaves no residue, and holds better. The only problem I have is that Dick's does not carry it in the uncut roll, which is needed to adequately tape and support the shoulder, as I regain range of motion and strength. Unfortunately, the only place to get the uncut tape is from the Kt Tape website.
