Didn't retain cold Wrap fit the knee area nicely but didn't retain coldness for more than a few minutes. I returned it the next day April 16, 2013
Works better than anything yet Excellent ice pack for the knee. Not as mobile as some others, but makes up for it with complete coverage of the knee. The one downside is that once it warms up, it takes over two hours to freeze again. This is the nature of the game with ice packs I know. But it means I'll have to buy three of them to keep rotating them when I'm in pain. Despite the need to buy three, this is the best knee ice pack I have used. November 28, 2012
