Very Great
i first got this as a prank for my brother. i used it to drop on my brother's gut when he was sleeping but after i dropped it on his face i wasnt allowed to anymore so i watched the DVD and it is a really great product. now i have ripped abs thanks to this awesome medicine ball!

Medicine Ball
Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. Came with a DVD and she said it was better than the one she wanted. Uses it everyday, easy to hold onto.
