Customer Reviews

Gerber Myth Pocket Folding Knife 2 5 1 1
Not the sharpest tool in the shed. I had the top half-inch snap off a Buck Gentleman a few days ago and went to find a replacement for every day carry. The Gerber was around the Buck's price range, and I liked the feel of the handle. The display model seemed okay, but the one I bought was dull out of the package. I spent about 10 minutes getting the edge to an acceptable sharpness, but within a few days--with only very light work--it was dull again. It doesn't hold an edge nearly as well as the Buck did. For something pointy or sturdy, it's fine. But if I need an edge, I'm glad to have a Kershaw Leek around. February 26, 2013
