Pixey This jacket looked great online, but I was very disappointed when I opened it up. The color of the shell and the liner are great and are a wonderful combination, but that is not why they are getting such a low score on this product. Yes, it is in fact the standard quality of North Face, but what I dislike is the design of the liner jacket. I'm not sure why they decided to make a scrunched collar, but they did. The rest of the jacket fits to size and seems warm and comfortable, minus the collar. I will be returning this jacket just because the liner collar is so ridiculous. March 10, 2013
Great jacket except for the outer jacket/liner design Purchased for northern IL winters. Very well made, nice and warm. The only problem is the liner snaps-in (as described) in just 3 places. A lot of times this causes the sleeves of the liner to almost pull out from the jacket when putting on. This may seem 'picky', it's something I didn't expect. I would have rated the jacket 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the liner attachment. December 30, 2012
