best rower available I have used the concept 2 at the gym and wanted to purchase this for my home until I was talking with my neighbor who owned another brand Lifecore R100. I compared the gym unit to the Lifecore R100 in my neighbors garage and it changed my mind so I decided on the R100 and what a wonderful machine. My wife loves the soft seat and the smooth feel. I use the interval program the most. I will set the interval program for 1 minute on with a 30 second rest for 8 intervals. Try 8 minutes on this rower and you are done for the day with your workout.
