Not for skinny child.
Our boy is about 5' 6 n 120 lbs and in very good health. These would be good for the heavy set person as the waist would not cinch down enough for him. We ended up going with a womens small instead which provided really good length and is slim in the waist! Plus the return/exchange policy is very simple with DSG.
