Teeter Hang Ups® Better Back Adjustable Acupressure Nodes are designed to place pressure on muscle trigger points to release tension, increase circulation and relieve muscle discomfort. Designed for use with the ComforTrak™ bed (sold separately), place any of the nodes (two heights and two densities) along the ComforTrak™ Bed to target tense muscles. Insert and twist to lock in place, and easily adjust the placement of the nodes.

Terrible product
The nodules did not fit the insert location and the manner of holding the device in place does not work well. The ones that did not break keep falling out. Not worth the product.
