The Gamo® Whisper CFR .177 Caliber Air Rifle is crafted with a fixed barrel and a non-removable ND52 noise dampener for ultimate accuracy and discretion. The ND52 technology allows this gun to produce 52% less noise than other leading air rifles but still maintain a high level of power. The fixed barrel, under lever cocking system requires 35 lbs of cocking effort and once set can propel pellets downrange upwards of 1200 fps.

very good Iuse this as my squirrel gun, very accurate with excellent power. lead pellets are quiet but if you use anything else almost sounds like a 22short. But i like the rifle itself serving its purpose well April 15, 2013
Great rifle, sorry scope mounts I had to purchase another mount from Gamo which absolutely fixed my accuracy problems with this rifle. Once sighted in, I was able to literally place 12 shots in the very same hole at about 20 yards. It's all about the mount (assuming you are using a suitable scope), and the ammo. Love the gun. Terrible Accuracy This gun is not worth the price. It has terrible accuracy and does not meet my expectations on a $300 air rifle. Don't buy this weapon December 6, 2012
