great for low back pain
I was told by my doctor to get the Lifecore Fitness rower due to my back pain and boy was he right. After 3 weeks of use I can finally sleep better and get around without pain. This rower offers a smooth motion and plenty of resistance. I like the dual magnetic and air resistance system seems to be a unique feature in the rower world
