Very Warm and Good Quality
I'm 5'10, and I wear 32/30 or 32/32 jeans. I purchased the mediums and they are a perfect fit.
Also, the tags show that they are 20K/20K for waterproofing and breathability and they certainly feel that way. There are no vents but I don't think that's an issue at all.
There is a bit of padding due to the insulation but the pants are not bulky.
I agree with others, these are very well built and will keep you warm and dry.
I would recommend them especially right now with 40% off (you end up paying around $75). I think if you order in store you might get free shipping but otherwise you can always add something to your order to exceed $99. I received them in 2 business days.
For comparision: I also purchased TNF Slasher Cargo pants. They are more stylish, with the boot clip and vents, but they are not as warm. They also do not have as much insulation as these Marmot. I believe TNF are probably rated 10K/10K.

Good pants!
Caught these on sale. The pants are warm and very durable. Have not had a chance to use them yet, but Marmot has great products! I'm 6', 190lbs and bought the large. The length is just right, they're just slightly loose in the waist. They won't fall down while on the slopes though!!! Ha!

Warm and dry
After a long day of skiing in Park City, UT, I was very satisfied with these pants. They were warm, comfortable, and easy to wear. I initially ordered a large, because I am 30x34 in jeans and I was worried about length; the large waist was much too big, so I exchanged for the mediums, and they fit great! Would definitely suggest trying them in store if possible for the perfect fit.

Great ski/snowboard pants
I bought a pair of these for a ski trip in CO and they did not disappoint. In 0 degree weather, my legs were warm in just the pants and a medium weight base layer. They are very durable, comfortable, and waterproof.
