My "Go-To" Shoe As a middle- to long-distance runner, go through and have tried a host of different shoes. I initially started with Mizuno Wave Rider 14 & 15, then Brooks Green Wave, and Nike Free Run 3s; however it wasn't until I found the Pegasus 29s that I can honestly say that I've found a shoe that not only doesn't cause foot or knee issues, but prevents them. Sure, they are not the lightest shoe; however for what they provide, they are by no means a heavy/bulky trainer. Additionally, I've put 250+ miles on my current pair and they run like new. From a fashion standpoint, these kicks grab the eye as the relactive "Shield" catches the light, making your kicks almost glow when running at night/morning. Love them and will stick with them, as long as Nike doesn't change anything with them! March 10, 2013
