Worked great and is comfortable. Only used it in 39°F weather so far but hand to sleep half out of it BC it was so warm. Definitely recommended.

Not worth it!!!
The zipper broke within the 1st time I used the bag and ended up with a half open bag on a cold night when I needed it. I was able to put the zipper back on and figure a way out to be extremely gentle zipping it up but then the zipper seems bent and it busted open again. Now the metal zipper has broken in half from trying to put it back together too many times!

Zipper broke - hardly even got to use it
My brother bought me this sleeping bag because it was rated well---at least as far as temperature goes. I used it out in cold weather a couple of times and it worked well, but the zipper was always hard to work, especially with cold fingers. I used it during cold nights inside for awhile while we were trying to save on the heating bill, but one night the zipper zipped all the way up and kept going! The pull came completely off the track and I had to painstakingly reattach. I pressed it closed over the zipper and added a safety pin at the top to work as an artificial stop. The next time I used it the front metal piece came completely off, so there was no tie to pull it closed. As I tried to pull it carefully closed in the dark, the entire thing came off in two pieces. Now the bag won't close. I haven't had it very long, but it is past the one year warranty. I am very disappointed.

Survived the Boundry Waters first weekend in March
Got down to -18° first morning -9 the second. Did not want to leave the bag. Slept with bottles of hot water at my feet, more cozy than I expected. Excellent product. I didn't freeze to death or anything!

Great Cold Weather Bag For The Price
I bought this bag for a winter campout that I go to each January. Temps usually are in the 20's. I sleep totally comfortable with this bag. It has a pullstring and hood so only your face is exposed. I've used the bag 6 times in 3 years and it still works like new - no problems. Just bought a second one for my son.

appear to be durable
gifts for scouts-- older one ruined zipper on 2 army bags(which r virtually indestructible), so we will see how these hold up. Husband got in easily so definitely large enough

Epic Zipper Fail
We go on at least one very cold campout each year. That's the only time this bag is used. On the third campout (fourth night it was actually used), the zipper failed. The zipper has always been tricky to pull up as it keeps catching on the shell. The lining is warm, but when the low-quality plastic zipper splits open it defeats the purpose. Especially with as tight as this bag fits. It was a cold night and now my purchase is worthless without a repair that probably will cost more than I paid for the bag.

Not made for a big person
The sleeping bag keep me warm in the cold MN backwoods while hunting. However, it is not made for big people as it was hard to move around in it and hard to zip up.
