Patagonia Men's Interlodge Down Jacket 4 5 1 1
Great coat, couple of small issues that aren't a big deal. In general, this is a great coat and I definitely recommend it. Very warm - wore it over a t-shirt in +10 degree weather for a walk without getting cold. Drawstring on bottom is great to retain heat and keep your back side warm. Hood is insulated as well, so on most days no hat is needed (and should fit well over a helmet for skiing/snowboarding). Runs a bit big. I knew this and ordered a Large (typically wear XL), and it was still a bit big - shoulders ok, but sleeves are long. This can be somewhat worked around as there are two buttons for sleeve opening width adjustment, so you can sleeve more narrow to avoide cuffs from dropping below your wrist. Quality is mostly great. Zipper is really stiff (which is probably good long term), but is plastic, so who knows how it'll hold up. Pockets are lined on the "inside" side (closest to body), but "outside" side is not very warm. February 18, 2013
