Rated 5 out of 5 by DLouis A Terrible Stove - But A Great Stool
Before making my selection, I looked at other stools both in stores and online. I saw some of the concerns expressed by others who purchased this product.
I must say this stool does exactly what I need it to do. Its tall seat height is, for me, the most important feature. Easy on the arthritic knees! Its a three legged stool, you have to be mindful of your balance. The seat is taught, but snaps into place with a bit of effort. Same for disassembly.
It won't boil water, but with its light compact frame it goes with me and provides a good place to sit, when and where I need.

I ride a motorcycle and when going to events you cannot always haul a chair with you. This fits nicely in my saddle bags now I will always have a place to sit! I bought two of these so I can also take one fishing and or camping, perfect camp chair and the XL holds up to 275Ibs.

this seat is not to low, I have gone through two others that required me to squat way to low to sit, and made getting up a struggle for this fat guy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by hyrral37 good intention, spotty performance
The Stool appealed to me because of the height, weight and portability. The stool exceeded in all of the above. I'm disabled and have a difficult time lowering my self to a stool. The stool is very stable on a very flat surface, but if the surface is not flat it's possible for a person to easily land on the ground. If you are a hiker or camper, beware of this stool. I may give your more pain than comfort.
