Good workout shoe
I use this shoe for P90X and P90X2. The shoe is comfortable, flexible and light. It took a little use to get used to how flexible the shoe is, but enjoy that now. Very good product for working out.

Great shoes - too small
The training shoes are great - comfortable, offer a lot of support, but they run small. My husband is a size 10, but these run small so we have to return them and get a 10-1/2. We love the shoes otherwise - hopefully, we can get the replacements quickly.
