Very comfortable but not durable at all. The fabric tore within 2 months of wearing them. The tongue doesn't stay where its supposed to either. For two months these were great, but once they start breaking down throw them in the trash!

I thought I was getting new shoes but they were both fully laced and tied as if someone was wearing them and slipped them off without untying them. The soles were indicative that they had been worn outside. Other than that, the shoes were cool. I should have maybe gotten a half size smaller. I am sized at 11.5 but always get a 12 and I'm cool. Maybe the problem is the lack of a decent heel pocket. I got these to run a Mudder in a durable light weight shoe. I just hope they don't slip off in the sticky mud.

I have been having some foot pain and after some research and discussion with knowledgeable friends, learned that normal shoes today are not helping our feet. I came to understand that these minimalist shoes actually help your foot work more like God designed it to work; thus strengthening the arch, ankles, and a multitude of small muscles in the lower leg. I am in pretty good shape and have been a regular runner and crossfitter, but these shoes still make my dogs bark. I ran about a mile in them a few days ago and my feet started to hurt in the arch and lower legs sore the next day... but it was good sore- working muscles that had been on easy street with the standard big cushy shoes of today. I would recommend these shoes to anyone, but be ware... they take some getting used to (or better yet: your body needs some strengthening to don these in the next race or leisure jog).

Surprised how light the shoes were. I would recommend them to any looking for nice pair of running shoes. Delivery was okay took long than I had anticipated. Over all awesome running shoe

These are great versitile shoes. These are tough as nails and great to wear road or trail running. I've even worn them kayaking in a pinch.

Comfortable, lightweight, nice aesthetics.... Just be sure to follow the advice on the box and only use them 10% of your weekly run time and slowly work up from there to avoid excess strain on your feet/calves/tendons etc.

Well worth the $40, a little stiff at the begining, but once broken in, work great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by brady77 Good for Swiss Ball exercises
I bought these shoes for the Vibram sole pattern. Doing Swiss Ball abdominal crunches, my feet would always slide on the carpet. These shoes eliminated that problem and with that I am very happy. You must wear socks with these shoes since they have no padding inside the shoe. I have no idea how they would perform as a running shoe, but because of the lack of padding I would assume you would need well padded socks. Would recommend as an indoor exercise shoe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by viking4571 very uncomfortable. Awkward
I have had my eye on these shoes, thinking they would be something cutting edge, and comfortable. When they came down in price, I ordered a pair. I was horrified about how uncomfortable they were. I honestly don't understand the appeal, or the engineering of these shoes. I returned them and ordered a pair of Brooks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by trailsdontfail Minimus are Maximus
I currently own three separate minimus 20 style shoes, 2 daily's, and one beater. The beater I can honestly say I've owned for over 2 years. Worn nearly every day for a year, definitely the most worn shoe in my arsenal. Only after well over a year, the midsole began separating slightly on the left near pinky. I am not an avid runner, but these get tons of use. My feet have never felt more cool and aerated and not constrained in the toe box at all. The sole wear has been surprising. I have not even worn a hole in the oldest pair yet, or even worn down the traction pods on the heel area yet. Casual, comfort, or running, best shoes ever.
