Best preworkout for me. This is not advertised as a N.O. supp, so the negative reviewer shouldn't have compared it directly like that. Not everyone can use N.O. supps, such as asthmatics like myself, because the vasodilating effect of N.O. can affect the lungs and in asthmatics, restricts proper breathing. Jack3d and N.O. explode make me cough throughout my entire workout, and even though I have a rush of energy, I just can't seem to breathe well enough to feed my muscles. Assault is a different story. Gives me more than enough energy and drive to get through my workouts, even after a rough day at work. It also doesn't make me cough at all, so if it's an N.O. booster at all, it doesn't boost it by much. May 1, 2013
Never buy again All this is, is a ton of B12 to give u energy. And some creatine. Tastes actually good but no pump and no focus. I've taken everything for NO pumps and this is the worst. It DiDNT help me focus more just felt like drinking a $65 rock star or monster.. January 21, 2013
Works so well it's addictive. MUST HAVE! Take 20 minutes before your hardest workout and go the extra mile. 100% helps me perform during my heaviest workout. Provides a better workout Best pre-workout on the market. Minimal caffiene unlike most other products that give a superficial "boost", and has been proven to not affect endurance for when you combine lifting and cardio. Perfect! August 28, 2012
Fountain of youth Needed a Pre drink to get my butt going to gym. Found it in Assault. Awesome product. Been using it for year and half now. Glad to see Dick's selling it. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day. Our bodies are different and lack of water may lead to stomach ache. Drink 20-30 mins before workout. Try MP Recon after workout, followed by MP Combat Protein. They all taste great!!! These 3 products have changed my life, seriously. I am nearly in the best shape of my 40 year old life. Best PWO on the market without the crash MusclePharm Assault is probably my favorite PWO supplement on the market today. It's not filled with stuff that makes you crash later and the taste is not half bad. You get serious focus and pumps at the gym, allowing you to quickly gain muscle mass. July 29, 2012
