Rated 5 out of 5 by Super Comfy and Warm I honestly didn't expect to be as satisfied as I am with these socks. I have historically gone hiking with my standard Hanes cotton crew socks. Recently, as I've been stepping up my game, my feet have started feeling it. I don't wear insoles but I decided to try out thicker socks, just to see if it made a difference. I'm no footologist, so I can't explain exactly why, but these socks have made an incredible difference. They even help with the sweat! I picked up another four pair, as I have started to wear them around the house while doing chores. They have made such a difference. Who knew? January 12, 2017
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just plain good socks! Every time I purchase a pair of wool or even wool blend socks, I worry about itching. With wool I'm prone to that. These merino hikers put that fear to rest immediately. Warm dry feet, no itch and very comfortable fit. The only thing I've felt better wearing are the part kashmir pair my wife knitted me. Really good socks! January 12, 2017

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ok socks Socks are comfortable and fairly warm. They run big. I was disappointed that even though I followed the size chart these socks have lots of extra toe and heel material so they aren't very comfortable in shoes and they really don't keep my feet toasty on tile floor. Rated 4 out of 5 by Ok value Good support and comfortable. They seem to have shrunk a bit in the wash but still ok September 8, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good hiking socks The Merino Hiker Socks are padded and held up well on our hike. I wore the first pair on a seven mile hike around a lake at 9,800 feet elevation and the second pair on a hike from 11,000 to 14,200 feet elevation. There were no problems while wearing. I wasn't not pleased with how much the socks shrank after washing, but will still wear on future hikes. August 23, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Product was very comfortable We bought these socks for our hiking and safari trip to Africa. Needed a light weight sock that would hold up to the weather. We experienced rain storms and very hot weather while in Africa. Socks keep our feet as dry as possible and kept our feet from blistering while wet. I would highly recommend this socks May 17, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty good! Slow drying for wool and synthetics. I bought these to help my feet stay warm during a sea kayaking trip with cold mornings/nights. Night one we accidentally ended up in a muddy location and these socks got soaked in the mud. In the morning I washed them and strapped them on top of my kayak near me so they wouldn't get splashed by waves or paddling. Thing is, they never dried! I kind of wanted to wear them at lunch time . .. nope! Still soaking! Hoped they would be dry by evening . .. . Nope! Still a little damp! Luckily I had the other pair in a dry bag and they successfully kept my toes warm all night. I was just astounded how long the other pair took to dry. April 12, 2016
