Rated 5 out of 5 by pulling up simply great
I've been using pull ups bars for awhile. And I used just bout anything for a pull up bar. This pull up bar is simple and great. You don't have to pay 90-$100 for a power tower. You pay $40 and assemble in 10 mins. If you need any kind of pull up bar . This is the one to get and won't regret at all.

It seemed to be good quality construction, and was exactly the type of exercise gear I was looking for, I think for most people it would work great. Unfortunately I live in a very old house and my interior walls were too thick for it to fit in any of the door frames. It would be nice if it were adjustable to the thickness of the door frame/wall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by herbsflat4 Pretty good.
I was surprised by the tube thickness and finish quality. It was good.
The hardware and fasteners are cheap. I broke one bolt during assembly. Granted I prefer to tighten everything until it feels "snug".
The entire product feels secure on the door frame. I am 170lbs and felt fine on it.
Another compliant would be the foam pieces which touch the door frame near the grips. They are not as thick or tough enough to withstand the compression force and therefore caused some scuffs on my door frame.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I would not use this on a door frame that can not be scuffed or nicked in any way. It is best suited for use on door frames that wont be seen by everyone in the house.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Docbruin Good product
When I got this product home and began assembling it, I was a little nervous about the quality. Once I had it assembled and started using it, my worries went away. I have it set up in my bedroom door frame permanently and use it almost everyday. There is no damage to the door frame and I can still walk through the door way without ducking or it bein in the way. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for an easy to use and inexpensive pull-up bar. I love the 3 different grip options also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AFitz Awesome!
This bar is very sturdy. I had the GoldsGym one before this, and I'm extremely satisfied with the upgrade. For several reasons: .
1. Wider bars for wide pullups
2. Better grips in general
3. The Actual Bars are bigger in diameter so grip is much more proper
4 .Adjustable to doorways so you can get maximum height out of this bar
5. Its white, which looks awesome.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BS-er Will damage your wall
Good concept, BAD execution. The bar that mounts above the door frame is plastic. It bows out under stress, and that causes two indentations in the sheet rock, one on each end. I'm an engineer and I find this inexcusable. The bar that presses on the wall above the door frame should be reinforced for stiffness to spread the pressure more evenly. It's too bad, this would be a decent product if they didn't screw it up.

The product works as advertised. It is better built than the one I had previously. The only addition I made was slightly more padding to protect the door trim.
