a great ab workout tool
I bought this ab workout tool to replace the older version. This one doesn't hurt my elbows and back anymore when I am working out. It is a better design than the older version. In addition, it is more sturdy to use. I like it.

Rips the Abs
Well I've used ab wheels in the past, but I never could get the stability thing down enough to really reap the benefits. This however has excellent stability, the grips on this wheel are awesome & very easy on the wrists. You can go for full extension or partial or mix it up. You can also go to either left or right. Overall it's very effective and don't take a whole lot of time before you notice positive results.

Meat Carver

You Will Suck in That Gut!
I wanted to tone my abs and have seen all the gimmicks on television that costs substantially more. This roller is fierce. It?s wide and strong enough to support me at 6'2" H 215 W which was important. I can do 3 sets of 50 sit ups fairly easily but wasn't getting much by way of results. Try 2 sets of 20 with this and you are done! Don't get overly cocky and try to max out when you first get it as it will punish your abs and lower back (no seriously - please take your time). This simple to use machine is a b-e-a-s-t! Your core will be sore and you will also gain upper body strength. Pound for pound it is a still for the results it provides. Rock on Mr. Navy Seal and great job to whoever packaged the product and set up the in store display. Appearance matters and yours is quite impressive.

Totally awesome
I'm a big fan of Perfect Fitness products. This definitely works. You feel the burn. You get a good ab workout out of it. And the best part is, it doesn't even feel as boring and torturous as sit-ups do.

Brute Core strength
I have used older version of the kinetic engine ab carvers. This one bar none feels the best.Been using it now for a month and see a huge difference in my abdominal core muscles. Huge difference in my weight lifting and running

Ab carver review
The design of the ab carver is fairly simple and quick to put together. It does provide a more stable wheel for this type of exercise. The problem I have with this is the resistance is not nearly enough to assist with the exercise. If your trying to do lots of reps this ab carver will not assist unless you are already strong enough to do the exercise with a non resistant wheel. I did end of keeping it since I can do this exercise without any assistance but I don't believe it will help as much if you can not do at least 10 reps with a non resistant wheel. If the wheel had some form of resistance adjustment it would be the best but since it doesn't I can not recommend it for new users to this exercise.

works great!!! People who have never tried an ab roller, or people that have used products like these will be amazed with the assistance and resistance this machine provides. giving the assistance and resistance needed to work out your core.
