Great bat!
We've had this bat for two weeks and so far it's been great. Very good balance and much bigger barrel / sweet spot vs. aluminum bat my son was using. He really likes it and has had some good hits with it. Is somewhat pricey but I believe he won't grow out of it; he's 8 yrs old and can use it next year as well.

Son begged me to get a wood bat but I took a chance and bought it. He loves it more than a wood bat and is the best bat ever

Amazing!
We had the best experience at Dicks. We made our first major baseball purchase. The bat is well worth the money we spent on it. It is a great piece of equipment and our son absolutly loves it. It is something I am sure will last him a few years until he grows out of it!!

BAD BAT!!!!!!!
I bought this bat about 5 months ago and i just started using it about one month ago like once a week. It is dead already! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Great Product!!! Problem With Easton!!!!
Well lets start out with dicks was helpful with getting this product ordered for me due to it being sold out in stores. I received the baseball bat in 2 days fast shipping only to find out the baseball bat was scratched and chipped all on one side.. However this is were my nightmare begin!! I called Easton who then told me to ship the bat back to them at my cost!! After emailing them trying to stay in communication with them i lost all contact and didn't receive any information for 4 days.. Then i had sent my last email before contacting there management department with the same employee telling him who i was going to call if issue wasn't resolved!!! Next thing i know, i get a email within 10 minutes saying the bat was sent out yesterday and will be arriving tomorrow. When i get the package it was over nighted and was sent out the day i sent my email..... So i would say to but the product in stores not online due to Easton's warranty department is lacking in customer service!!!!!!!!!! However my 8 yr old son loves the bat now that he can use it!!!

Easton S1 Youth Bat
So far, my son really loves the bat. And we go a major break on it because we purchased it on "local little league day" and got a percentage discount. However, there was no one there to help us with the purchase, so a little guess work was involved trying to decide the size and weight. It was an educated guess, but we got lucky. I suggest that if you want to purchase this bat (because it costs around $220), that you have a qualified salesperson help you make this purchase. Once you use the bat, you can not return it through the store, you have to return it through the manufacturer.

GREAT BAT
I JUST BOUGHT THIS BAT FOR MY SON , HIS CF5 IS HEAVY 29/18 -110Z SO HE LACKED BAT SPEED, HOWEVER I STILLED WANTED A 2 PEICE COMPOSITE STYLE BAT (DONT LIKE THE PINGING LOSING ENERGY IN THE BARRELL) SO ALTHOUGH PRICEY WORTH MY DOLLAR

Awesome Pop!!
This bat has great pop!! I've hit three homeruns 2 with a Demerini and 1 with a Anderson. I've hit 4 more in 1 season after I got this beauty!

S1 light & Packs a Pop
Great Bat with an amazing sweet spot! My son used to complain about his Vexxum stinging his hands but this 2 piece S1 is smooth.. No Pingy sounds just solid smash!
