Rated 5 out of 5áby Love the color~! These sneakers are so light and I love the color. The sizing however is way off. I am normally 8-8.5 and after three internet purchase/returns settled on a 7.5. Can't wait to wear them! January 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby LOVE these shoes! Minimalistic with more structure to base I love these shoes! Perfect from the moment I tried them on! I usually run and CrossFit in a New Balance minimalistic and do like them, but though learning to run with the near-barefoot style cured my plantar fasciitis, I now have Morton's neuroma. I still attribute it to running form (staying off my toes and landing mid-foot), but these are helping. They have a firm arch support and are less sock-like in the mid-foot and heel than NB. I was thinking more cushioning in the forefoot would be good, but these are still slightly more than my earlier shoes. Love the color and styling too! June 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Love this shoe I love this shoe! I am on my fourth pair. I was running in the pace glove but found it didn't have enough padding to run a full marathon (4mm), so I switched to the Bare Access Arc 2 (8mm), made all the difference in the world for me. I wouldn't consider it a trail shoe though, not enough traction for that... road, yes. I purchased the Bare Access Trail shoe for trail running. In my opinion, the Arc 2 shouldn't be classified as a trail shoe. Not only is it a nice running shoe, I also like it for everyday use as well. With minimalist shoes I tend to ware through them quicker then the traditional shoes with more padding. September 5, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5áby Cute shoe, but not for people with wide feet! I really wanted to like this shoe, but it was way too narrow for someone with wide feet. After only a few minutes of wearing it, my foot started to go numb. The shoe wasn't laced too tight, and my toes didn't touch the end, so I know the shoe wasn't too small. It is just made for people with much narrower feet. The mid foot of the sole is very narrow. August 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Love them I love the feel of these shoes. I have struggled to find a lightweight shoe that actually provides some arch support and these do the trick. May 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Takes Adjusting but Absolute Magic Definitely got a bit of soreness the first few days but they're super comfortable, just enough arch support. Bought these for lifting weights but am wearing them all the time. January 5, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Fabulous All Day Shoe I have had about 10 pairs in lots of colors of this same shoe. It is amazing. I have arthritis in my feet, but I am still very active. These shoes allow me to do everything I want to do and not be tired at the end of the day. GREAT! September 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5áby Had to return I am ALWAYS a size 10. Sneakers, shoes, everything. Well, these did not fit in size 10. I returned them for size 11 in a different style. I must say though that in the right size they are the most amazing running sneakers I've ever owned. So there's hope....Just order one size larger. July 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Very Comfortable My housemate who ran cross-country in high school is going to coach me in barefoot trail running, so I was looking for minimalist shoes with some support, which led me to these. While I haven't had these for long and I'm a novice when it comes to running shoes, I can still comment on fit and quality. I have hard-to fit feet (wide ball, narrow heel and high arches), so I was excited to read a review that said these basically fit those specs. Normally I wear a 9, so I ordered that. Took me walking around in them for a bit to finally realize they needed to go up half a size. NOTE: It may *not* actually run small for everyone -- I think I had to go up because my entire toe-box, including toes, is wide and needs more space. My housemate (who also bought the same model) has the same size foot as me, with narrower toe area, and the same shoe fits her true to size. Look at your foot -- if it's like my foot type, you may need half a size larger. If it's narrower towards the front, you may be able to stick with your regular size. Features I like: 1) Out-of-this-world arch support. Never had a shoe so supportive of my arches (which often ache). 2) Light construction. 3) Flexible, non-constricting design and materials (for my feet anyway). 4) Snug heel, more generous toe box Haven't tried these out for the long-haul yet, but I don't anticipate any issues. To test the fit, I wore them out and about and experienced no discomfort, and even forgot they were on the other day. Do be aware that these are designed for barefoot-style trail running, so if you strike with your heel first you probably won't like them. They have far less support than traditional running shoes. My housemate plans on reviewing these from a runner's perspective when she's run in them for a few months. April 18, 2014
