yoga/pilates mat
I have used this mat primarily to cushion the hard surface while working on my abs and arm conditioning.The very first time I used it,small pieces broke off.In order to continue to use it,I flipped it over,and use the less cushioned side.The mat was expensive,and I would not recommend it.
