Running shoes
Great pair of shoes for flat feet. Give support where it's needed most, especially for a nurse who is on his feet for 12 hours. Also wear them while working out, they breathe very well. Price is a little higher than I would like but still affordable for what the shoe offers.

Finally, I can fly !
These are the best shoes in the market. I had terrible pain due to shin splits, but after I bought these I never had a problem - they provide amazing support. I can now complete my running goals without getting exhausted and taking breaks that extend for days.

My feet love em
I purchased these because I really seem to blow through sneakers often. I did have a few coupons I used so the price was more than excellent. The colors and sizes in the women's section were not an option this time so these were purchased in the mens section. I love them. So far so good!

Very comfortable shoe
I would recommend this shoe to anyone that walks on concrete, a lot, or enjoys running. Since I started wearing ASICs I have experienced no more lower back pain.

Comfortable Shoe!
I slipped into this shoe and was amazed! Wow! It was very comfortable and did not require any breakin. I was hitting the trail that afternoon. Great running shoe!

The shoes are working out great!
I have worn Asics before and had very good results with them so I knew going in that was the brand I wanted. I wasn't sure what style but I did find this one and it is working. The sales associate Dawn was very knowledgeable and helpful. If these shoes continue to do well I am going to buy another pair but in a different color.

Stop the "Upgrades"
The re-birth of the 2100 series elevates this shoe to the >$100 price point. This shoe feels like it has even more stability features---which may not be the best thing for you as a runner. While it appears to be another durable training shoe---the extra bells and whistles are not necessary in a training shoe.
I don't have enough miles on these to have a clue as to the durability of the mid sole/forefoot cushioning. Let's just put it this way--I have been in a variant of this shoe since 2005---and after this change---I think it is time to play the field and start looking.

Great Shoe
I am a flat footed runner who does not severely over pronate and I would be considered obese in the running world. These shoes have been pretty nice. They are much better than the Kayano 18's that I ran in previously.
So far no issues, no shin pain, foot ache, or knee sorness, simply nothing.
They are lighter than beasts and dyads with the same support and more fashionable look.
I am already considering my next pair.
With these I am running more often.
It is a great shoe if you are just starting out and not sure where to start.
You could do a lot worse for a lot more $

Here we go
In all honesty, these are the first actual running shoe I have ever bought. Usually I steer clear from paying $85.00 or more for a pair of shoes that I am going to do nothing but workout in. I am not the chiseled athlete and I just don't see it.
On the spurring from my wife I did this time. And I was very impressed. This shoe is extremely comfortable and the first time I wore them to work out I was immediately impressed. There were no shin splints, no painful feet, no aching ankles. There is great support in the shoe and with its weight being nill, it is awesome!
