Looks good...feels terrible I run almost every day training for track or cross country, I love asics, and I loved the looks of these, I ordered a pair and wore them one day and my feet hurt just from wearing them. Then I tried running in them and it felt like there was no cushion or shock absorption what so ever. I was extremely disappointed in this product and I regret wasting my money on them. May 8, 2013

Super cute but disappointing Love the look of this shoe (I purchased the earlier, white version too)! It is very light. The cushioning is just ok-- which I understood since this is a lower-profile shoe. The first pair I bought had to be returned because the top of the shoe, near the toe box (where the laces start) had not been stitched correctly and part of the fabric was sticking out. The second pair initially looked ok, but after running in them once, I noticed there was another stitching issue in roughly the same area. It prevented the "tongue" of the shoe from lying flat over my foot. Not seeing this as a major issue, I just kept that pair. Less than 1 week in, I started getting blisters on my heels. I had been using a "runners lace," so I tried switching that. I tried wearing different socks, tying tighter, tying more loosely. Nothing worked. I have now worn huge holes into the heels of the shoes and my heels have giant calluses on them. They are so darn cute, but I'd never get them again. I have been a distance runner for 20 years. I run, on average, 40-50 miles/week. I have very average feet-- not narrow, note wide. Perhaps Asics are just not a good match for my feet. Prior to the two black pair I bought, I also had trouble with the earlier, white model. Loved the look so much I was hoping they'd work out! March 5, 2013
Performance shoe I purchased this shoe for bootcamp/training classes... it has great stability and support. My feet no longer hurt teaching these types of classes. It is a fun, colorful shoe that goes with everything. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for something more than a running shoe. January 29, 2013
