Works Great!
I bought these a couple weeks ago after buying the Fitness Gear 300lb olympic weight set. The metal clamps in that kit were killing my hands during my workouts, so I bought these. So far, they been working great. I use them for squatting, deadlifting, and overhead press. I'm not sure how they'd work on dumbells,when the whole amount of the weight is pushing against them, but they're fine for my needs. Much quicker than the metal clamps, and much easier on the hands. (note: my olympic barbell has grooves on the ends, so that may assist in how well these straps grip)
