Rated 5 out of 5 by AmyNH Very happy Comfortable, keeps one warm at night, it's nice and compact too. Good sized for early teens. August 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Scout Dad Great Sleeping Bag We bought this for my son to go to Boy Scout summer camp in the mountains of New Mexico. Temps still dropped pretty low even in summer, but he was never cold. Great product and very compact so he will be able to use it for backpacking trips as well. June 24, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by talula10 Great bag, but bulky This is a great bag for the price. Keeps you warm at night and is suitable for Scout camping and such. The only drawback is that I was looking for a more compact bag for backpacking. It would not pack into a backpack (compressed sack size was probably about 20"x18") so we returned it. If you're looking for a sleeping back for local camping, this is great and I would recommend it for first year Scouts and lightweight campers. April 22, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by specic Scouting passed for polar bear excursion - good, almost great. I purchased this product based on customer feedback. My son and I tested it by sleeping in sub-zero conditions (-4 outside), in a quinzhee hut (hollowed out snow hill) which had an approximate internal temperature of 15 degrees. In combination with a closed cell foam sleeping pad and adequate thermal clothing...it performed to spec. To be great it would incorporate a draft collar and a large cloth storage bag more like premium bags. The draft collar didn't prove to be an issue on this trip and a large breathable laundry bag to store and prevent loft damage can be purchased for cheap. January 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Grandma Nice bag I bought these for my grandchildren and they slept comfortably warm in 31 degree weather last weekend. January 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Camper46 High quality and good value! We've had problems with other junior sleeping bags - cheap zippers, poor construction etc. These Eureka bags are great. They are well made and the zippers are high quality and look like they'll last a lifetime. The internal pocket is a plus too. December 27, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by OTRunner good value We bought this for our 11 year old son. He has used it once for a campout and really liked it. It is a good size for him and he reported he stayed warm (it got down to about 30 that night). It seemed to be really compressed when we first opened it so we were concerned it wouldn't be warm enough, but so far so good! December 23, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by e143 Awesome! I got this sleeping bag for my daughter and she loves it. I love it too! I can sleep in it. We took it camping when it was 27 degrees and she never got cold! December 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Mr. Mac Perfect for Scouts My son needed a low temperature capability for his camp outs with the BSA. This was perfect, the right size, good quality, and climate appropriate. He returned with a warm smile telling me how comfortable he was on his trip with this sleeping bag. October 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nick Eureka's first trip to the Adirondacks 10/3/13 My 13 year old son climbed Whiteface with his troop last weekend and the evenings got down to the mid 30's in the lean-to. In true teenager fashion he returned Sunday afternoon in the same gym shorts and t-shirt he had worn on the balmy 78 degree Friday afternoon departure time. I asked if he had worn any of the other clothes? Didn't it get cold at night? His response, "Well I had my sleeping bag!" I will see how it washes next! October 3, 2013
