Just what I was looking for.
I was going to just get a heavier gauge resistance band for my assisted pull ups and then I saw this. Easy to install onto my pull up bar. The fact that it comes with three bands is great because you can start with three, build up strength, move onto only using two and so on and so forth until you can do a pull up unassisted. For me I only use one band, but other people use our home gym who need the use of all three. So it's good for all of us. It mimics the form of a strict pull up much better than some other methods of assisted pull ups, for example putting one foot on a chair. I think for anyone working on doing a strict pull up unassisted this is the perfect tool. Simple and very effective.

GREAT product, but no directions.
Great product & the use is pretty straight forward, but it would have helped if there were some "tips" of us maybe or "things NOT to do," but overall once it was all figured out good product for the price.
