RAGE R2 Speed Rope 2.5 5 2 2
Not for double unders Bought this at the Kennesaw Georgia store. Needed a solid rope for the crossfit games open. I can do 50 double unders unbroken. However I couldn't do a single double under with this rope. There is no weight to the wire at all. This is NOT for circuit raining or crossfit. Very frustrated that Dicks would put something out like this. March 5, 2013
Nice speed rope We use this rope in our CrossFit gym. So far the rope is pretty durable. However, we only use the rope on the rubber matting in the gym. We do not allow members to use this rope on the concrete. With that said, the rope shows little to no wear and seems that it will hold up for some time. Setting he length is straight forward and quite simple. We cut it a little long and shorter members can just tie a couple of knots near the handle to shorten appropriately. October 16, 2012
