Nice exercise mat.
I use this mat on a rather slippery tile floor for my stretching exercises. The mat adheres to the tiles with no slipping or shifting. It's thick enough to cushion my knees but not too thick, so exercises are cushioned but not mushy feeling. Very nice overall. My only actual complaint is that I've seen it for as much as $10 less in other stores here in town.

Great mat
The mat is really cushy & non-slippery. I never realized that a quality mat could maw such a difference in my practice.
