Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible The plastic tube for adjustable height broke third time I used it December 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! So far, so good. This bag is great. I have been doing Taekwondo for years and this improves my abilities more than ever. Also great for other striking fighting styles such as Muay Thai, Wing Chun, and many others. I recommend it! June 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Punching bag Bought for workouts in the garage. With garden hose, filled the base to the top, also adding some automotive antifreeze (garage is quite cold in winter) to prevent plastic base from cracking due to ice. The base does not slide around at all on the concrete when in use. Though easy to slide if you need to move. The description says "heavy" bag. But this is no heavy bag. It swings back and forth at least in a two-foot radius, so make sure its out in the open because it will be bouncing off anything behind it. Heavy bags don't swing like this but you can still deliver power shots and the benefit to it swinging is that it keeps your mind on defense from time to time. To go with it I have the everlast heavy bag gloves with the thumb cutout. They feel decent. I've trained on a real bag since I was a kid and only went this route due to lack of space. But having said that I recommend this bag because it can be pushed out of the way and you can definitely land some hard shots. June 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product Great for indoor use. Filled with water on carpet floor and doesn't move. February 15, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love It! I am a 55 year old woman who is 5'31/2" and this is perfect for me. It gives me an awesome workout in 30 minutes which is about all the time I have in the morning. I highly suggest this product for someone who is interested in getting a great workout. We put water in the base. I have a pretty hard hit and I am not moving the base at all so it seems to stands its ground. February 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Takes a beating Great alternative to a hanging bag where limited space is an issue - put 70 pounds of dry sand in base and it will stay put - easy to assemble - good materials January 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by working satisfactorily to date No issues so far. Gave to my brother, a Parkinson Disease patient, understanding that a workout using a punching is of great benefit. January 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by great for exercise Great staff, very helpful. Even carried it to the car for me. November 10, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love It After reading others reviews on this bag, I decided to try it out. I didnt bother with sand, thanks to reviews, and this thing was up and ready in about 15 minutes. The base is solid, yet light enough to push across my wood floor for storage. The bag swings a little more than i expected, but it is helping me keep my feet moving. That being said, hitting the bag on its return is super solid. I am very happy with this product. P.S. FILLING WITH SAND WILL TAKE FOREVER June 6, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by good quality Enjoying this product. Only complaint was adding sand. Adding water for weight would have been much easier, however, I have wood floors so I didn't want to take a chance of water leaking on hardwood floors. Plus 60 pounds of sand was not enough. February 3, 2015
