This Nike Kids Fusion Run shoe for preschool size was actually bought for my 1st grader who loves this shoe. It is a lightweight shoe that has more room than some shoes in the toe area. I had read reviews that this shoe ran a bit small so to order a size up. This was not the case for us. I found that this shoe fit the same as other Nike shoes of the same size. It is a blue and black with a dark dark grey on the the shoe as well. This shoe does not require you to tie the laces, it is a slip on with a strap at the top. This Nike shoe has a very flexible upper part, which makes it easier to put on with a smaller child. The Nike Kids Fusion Run is a more flexible shoe than the Nike Air Max for example. I found with the Nike Kids Fusion Run shoe you do not need to pry your sons feet in it to get it on. My son had the Nike Free Run 3 shoe before the Nike Kids Fusion Run and I would compare this shoe to the Nike Free Run 3 shoe with the flexibility of the upper part allowing the shoe to fit around the feet instead of the feet feeling locked in the shoe. This is a very comfortable shoe and the material is easier to wipe off than compared to the Nike Air Max material. With a 6.5 year old that can matter when they are out playing on the playground everyday. Overall this is a great shoe made with quality material and professional construction as always provided by Nike.

Not only is the shoe a great fit for my gradson's wide foot. But we were meet at the door and given the red carpet treatment by Chris, in the Dothan, AL store. He could see I had my hands fulls with both grandsons. Mom was home on bed rest with twins, so grandmom had to get the boys ready for school. Chris helped him pick out his shoes for his first day of kindergarten. My grandson was so excited, to have cool shoes picked out by a cool guy! Fantastic customer service!

I purchased these for my just-turned 7 year old as everyday shoes. We love them!!!! He has narrow feet and is picky about how shoes feel (doesn't like them to feel tight in any way). They have the qualities I look for in shoes for my kids - flexible soles and lightweight, but offer some support. He has received all sorts of compliments on them, which really surprised me. He wears them for school, playground, baseball (when he forgets cleats) and tennis. Highly recommended.

My 7 year old son picked out the shoes at the Dick's in Murfreesboro, TN. He loves the color and the fact that it has a velcro strip and laces. They are Nike's so we know they will last longer than other brands because he's tough on shoes.

Lightweight decent shoe. Can't tell if it is going to hold up well or not yet. It's nice that they don't have to be tied. The bridge of the shoe is very narrow. My son has a narrow foot and they are snug. Paid 54 dollars for them. Seems a little pricey. They look nice. No white, I like that in a boys shoe. And plain enough to wear with khakis.

The shoes are for my 6yr old son. He likes the way they fit. I am a huge outdoor fanatic, and I understand that dicks is more in line with organized sports, but every time I enter their store in heath the service is top notch. No one walks away, everyone seems happy to be there. This is why they get my business.
