Snow board bought for grandson for Xmas Prompt service all around. Received on time. I was not aware of nature of entire product and found out that snow board required added components that were needed prior to use in snow I felt bad that the product had other components needed to utilize in field. Grandson was happy but my daughter had to buy other parts for snow board could be used December 31, 2012
