Rated 5 out of 5 by High quality Just by touching the material you can tell it's very high quality. I didn't feel concerned about adding weights while on the ball because I could tell the ball could handle it! The hand pump works well, though it does take a while to fully inflate (we'll just say it's a good arm workout). The workout guide it mentions is just a half-sheet of cardboard with 5 exercises on it. The box said that the 75cm ball is for people who are 6'2" and taller, but I felt this was a better option for me (I'm 5'6") because I have bad knees, so any workouts I do while laying on a larger ball (on my back) will put less pressure on them. I can also get a larger incline while doing pushups. It's a great ball if you have room for it--it is quite large. November 5, 2014
