performed as promised Arrived as promised ease of filling with enclosed pump works great for exercise for back injury December 10, 2014
High quality Just by touching the material you can tell it's very high quality. I didn't feel concerned about adding weights while on the ball because I could tell the ball could handle it! The hand pump works well, though it does take a while to fully inflate (we'll just say it's a good arm workout). The workout guide it mentions is just a half-sheet of cardboard with 5 exercises on it. The box said that the 75cm ball is for people who are 6'2" and taller, but I felt this was a better option for me (I'm 5'6") because I have bad knees, so any workouts I do while laying on a larger ball (on my back) will put less pressure on them. I can also get a larger incline while doing pushups. It's a great ball if you have room for it--it is quite large. November 5, 2014
