Diamondback Adult Sorrento Mountain Bike 2013 4.5 5 10 10
Great bike Seems to be a good bike that will last many years. Has a lot of features and we purchased the maintenance plan which should keep it in good shape. Bike stores wanted at least $100 more for a similar bike, likely the name brand aspect. This bike is for our 14 year old son to use on the road and trails. May 5, 2013
Nice bicycle I purchased this bike for my son. The bicycle is well made and performs well. April 30, 2013
Diamondback Sorrento Sweet bike that I bought for my son. He loves it and no problem so far and I do not expect any issues April 29, 2013
Good Entry to Mid-Level Bike Haven't had a bike since high school and this was a good "re-starter" bike to get back into and take for a ride around the neighborhood. Good breaks and easy to shift gears, but the seats are hard. You'll need to get comfort sits. April 16, 2013
The bike is fairly solid overall The bike is fairly solid, and rides well. However, the plastic pedal broke only after two weeks of riding. April 16, 2013
Diamondback Adult Sorrento Mountain Bike 2013 liked it very much on the first ride. Haven't been able to ride since due to inclement weather. a little worried about gear shifting. May need to come in for further adjustment or may be rusty. Haven't ridden in several years. Like the feel of the bike. April 16, 2013
Excellent First Purchase My brother and I recently purchased our first Mountain Bike and decided on Dick's for their selection and service. We were not let down. The associates at Dick's were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product within their area. We would advise any friends and family to purchase their next sporting equipment at Dick's. Great bike! I needed a bike to get around my college campus and this works perfectly! The bike rides great and I especially love the green color. The only issue I have had with it so far is that the back breaks squeak A LOT. However, I think it is just something that has to be broken in. The more I use them, the less they squeak. Overall, great purchase! I'm very happy with it. February 3, 2013
decent bike Deciding to get back into bike riding, I did online research for a decent bike between $200-$400. I was looking for better than cheap but not overly expensive/fancy bike. Throughout my research, this bike, diamonback sorrento, had all above average reviews. I went into Dicks to purchase the bike, had all the checks done on it and got it home. After 20 minutes of riding, the front derailleur was not allowing the chain to shift and was rubbing against the chain. Having not personally worked on a bike with gears, it took me awhile to adjust the right cable. Once I did that, it was fine and worked smoothly. It is surprisingly light, the brakes work very well, and seems rugged enough to take off on moderate trails. So far ive only used on walking trails but intend to take it on more aggressive trails after winter. For my budget, this is a great purchase. January 15, 2013
