Rated 4 out of 5 by Snowed In Nice, but does not fit my purpose I am a senior citizen needing just a little exercise, not a big workout. This is not a bad little elliptical except that the 14 inch stride applies in the vertical direction as well as forward and backward. I have short legs (pants inseam 28 inches) and my knees have to bend a lot. After about 30 seconds, my leg muscles start to ache. I contacted the manufacturer but they do not make shorter crank arms to reduce the stride, so I returned this elliptical to my local Dick's for a refund. I finally found what I wanted somewhere else which was a simple motor-driven treadmill for walking only, no running or jogging (same manufacturer but different brand name). Other than that, this elliptical does seem to be a good product so I can recommend it for people with longer legs. It is very lightweight and easy to move around. It did take about two hours to assemble, however. I would suggest applying a little grease to the shafts and bolts before assembling. February 14, 2014
