Strenght Training at Home
I take a formal kettlebells class but sometimes cannot attend. I bought three Concave KB's in 15, 10 and 8 pound weights. There are some great videos on You Tube and I use my kettlebells to do video workouts at home. The design is pretty "slick" and I like the wider grip as I have long fingers.
