new and improved
A couple months ago, we purchased the same model for our daughter. We noticed as she was pitching, the velcro was coming undone and was very distracting. I returned to Dicks and the staff was amazing- very understanding and helpful. The Manager called a specialist to assist, noticed the strap and brought the same model glove, which was redesigned to avoid this problem. Our daughter has been using the newer glove (same model) for almost 30 days and really likes it- no problems.
