Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Glove Bought this for my 8 year son who plays travel ball. Very easy to break in. It was game ready the next day. He Loves this glove!!!! August 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Phenomenal glove for the price! I bought this glove for my 9 year old son. It was extremely easy to break in and well constructed. None of the other gloves at this price point are even close to the quality. I played first base for 13 years and would have loved to have a glove this nice when I was in youth baseball. Rated 4 out of 5 by My 10 year-old loves it. My son was uncomfortable with idea of getting a first baseman's mitt and not using his regular glove. After trying a friend's he was willing to give it a shot. He told me it felt broken in after three catches. He loves it. July 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Needs to be shorter Very easy to break in and is very well made. Works good in the field July 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very pleased This Mizuno glove was purchased for my 12 year old daughter for fastpitch softball. She is very happy with this glove and it is a great size for 12" ball. I felt that it broke in nicely and would recommend this glove. July 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Mizuno: the best! My son has this glove and he absolutely loves it! We buy nothing but mizuno because it's the best brand in our opinion! Great mitt!! Great price!!! July 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great First Base Mitt Bought this glove mid-season for my 11 year old son. Nice soft leather, broke in quickly. Has a nice comfortable feel and large pocket. Improved his fileding ability immediately. Gave him more confidence at the position. July 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fits good! My son is 7 and it fits him good and was easy too break in. July 2, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bad Laces The leather laces that come with this glove are very cheep. With in 2 weeks of use and 4 games the laces in the pocket area broke. My son (8) loves the glove and has done great with it. I will be returning it to the store. July 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good quality Bought this for my left-handed 9 year old, who plays about 50% of his little league innings at first. A first baseman's glove is normally larger and heavier than a typical fielder's glove and this is no exception. It is much bigger and heavier than the 11 inch youth glove he uses at other positions, and definitely took him some time to get used to. The quality and padding are very good for a youth glove, and the break-in was easy. Overall I would recommend this glove to anyone who plays first on a regular basis, but I wouldn't buy it for anyone smaller than a typical 9 year old because of the size and heft. June 21, 2014
