Great functionality My son, who is 11 and in Little League, has been using this bag for about a month now. The functionality is great. I tried several other backpack-style bat bags in the store with bats in their respective compartments and they clanged together when walking. This one kept them nicely separated and the bat sleeves are nice and deep. The other thing I really liked about the Mizuno is it had more compartments. It has the larger main compartment like a traditional backpack. Then, it has one for a baseball glove that you can quickly access by releasing one buckle. Lastly, it has one smaller compartment in the front for miscellaneous items. I would have given it 5 stars out of 5 overall if the side mesh compartments were just a little bigger to make it easier to get in a water bottle. So, far it has held up nicely, but I don't consider a month to be very long. Hopefully it is rugged enough to last several years. May 20, 2013
Only for small bat The bag does not support larger bats they flop around whenever i move. I have a 32inch 28oz softball bat that just does not fit. May 12, 2013
Awesome Softball Bag This bag is great!! I have room for two gloves, my cleats, batting gloves, can attach my helmet, two bats, and still fit more! This bag is awesome and has not shown any signs of wear throughout my season. I would definitely buy this bag again! April 10, 2013
