Rip-it vs Easton vs DeMarini
This is an FYI, as every hitter is different. I had my son hit 12 balls with the Rip-it Air, Easton XL1 and the DiMarini CF5 (the older white one) and the Rip-it seems to produce the best results. This "test" was done on a 50 degree day with little wind. There are so many uncontrolled variables, my pitching, condition of the baseballs, etc that I can not say with 100% certainty the Rip-it was the best but from this sample it showed the best. The second best was the Easton. It seemed to hit almost as well and when the weather warms up I am going to retest this bat. The DeMarini tested the worst. My son has used both Easton and DiMarini in the past so this is not a bias towards either brand. What I feel the Rip-it has that made the results "swing" in its favor is a very large sweet spot. I bought the bat with concerns because of the quality issues they had last year but so fair so good. An added plus for the Rip-it is if you don't like that bat within 30 days you can return it.

Amazing pop
This is the most balanced bat I have ever owned. The sweet spot is huge, and you can definitely feel a difference when you use this compared to others. The ball just comes off the bat like a rocket. I purchased the 1st Prototype that came out, and I have been buying them every time a new one comes out. Best bat I have ever used by far.

Best sweet spot ever
This bat has the best sweet spot ever...no wait for this bat to show its pop, most bbcors have little to no pop...youll be happy with this bat!
