Barely works! These socks are very difficult to get the battery in place. The heated portion gets slightly warm, does not warm up much at all. December 4, 2014
Bulky I wear a woman's 8 1/2. I found the sock too big and bulky to wear under jeans. They were itchy and uncomfortable. November 5, 2014
hopefully it will be a mild winter and I won't need them great product, great service, great delivery. The socks are light weight and are not like the cheap ones that work a few times and then stop working....great quality should last a long time. September 8, 2014
Socks do what I needed them to do for the price. I got these for a medical condition, I was diagnosed with Renaud's syndrome where my feet and hands get very cold for hours. So I needed a fast, cheap fix. These socks use a single D size battery each so I had to get 2 rechargeable D batteries and a charger for them ( I had plenty of AA's tho too bad it didnt use AA's). The socks do warm up feet where nothing else would even electric blanket. However I do have them over regular socks and inside very large thick insulated boot slippers (several inches thick boot slippers). The rechargeable batteries last only about 3 hrs. so I am getting a second set of batteries. Cons: They use button snaps as the connector to the top of the battery and so I dont know if it is always making full contact or not. The battery holder is fabric not rigid so the batteries can jostle around. D batteries are big so you can really lay on your side with them on. I get the impression these might not last a very long time before a wire might come loose. Since I needed these on very short notice the next pair i get will be better more expensive ones that use AA batteries and maybe have on off and different heat settings. May 22, 2014
poor heat quality The idea is great in concept, but not in functionality. The socks barely got warm and the heat did not last even half as long as advertised. Don't waste your money. January 21, 2014
battery powered heated socks The only thing I see wrong with these socks is that the batteries are hard to put into socks when they are on your person...It's hard to snap the button and push down on the batteries . Otherwise I see no problem with the socks. They sure keep your feet warm. thanks,Joe December 24, 2013
awesome Worth every penny would recommend to all hunters and anyone else outside for long periods of time December 14, 2013
waste of time. Purchased these to wear hunting. at 27░ temp. They failed to be the slightest bit warm. Needless to say, my toes got cold within the first hour. That's with 1000 gram boots.Returning for a refund. December 13, 2013
Does NOT work. Wasted my money. Does not work. No heat as advertised. Still searching for best socks. Willing to pay good money for good socks. November 24, 2013
